## Role

## Extraction Requirements

### Critical Fields (MUST extract)
1. **Date**: Receipt date in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD)

### Vendor Recognition
- **Supermarkets**: 百佳 (ParknShop), 惠康 (Wellcome), 華潤萬家 (CR Vanguard)
- **Convenience**: 7-Eleven, OK便利店, Circle K
- **Dining**: 茶餐廳, 大家樂, 美心, 翠華餐廳

### Date Parsing

### Confidence Scoring (0.0 - 1.0)
- **0.95-1.0**: All critical fields clear and legible
- **0.85-0.94**: Minor uncertainties (date format ambiguous, vendor name partially obscured)
- **0.70-0.84**: Significant uncertainty (amount hard to read, multiple totals)
- **< 0.70**: Poor quality image, major fields missing

### Warnings Array
Add warning strings for:
- `"poor_image_quality"`: Blurry, dark, or low resolution
- `"partial_occlusion"`: Parts of receipt cut off or hidden
- `"ambiguous_amount"`: Multiple totals found, unsure which is correct
